By creating an account or using any Vitriol service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.
Vitriol membership is exclusive to men aged 21 and over who share the platform's values. New members go through a verification process. Vitriol reserves the right to refuse or terminate memberships that do not meet community standards.
Members must act with respect, integrity, and fraternity. Harassment, discrimination, spam, sharing illegal content, or any behavior that harms other members or the community's reputation is prohibited.
You are responsible for all content you post. By posting content, you grant Vitriol a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws will be removed.
The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described therein.
The Vitriol brand, logos, platform design, and code are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
You may close your account at any time. Vitriol may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. After closure, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
Vitriol is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from platform use. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months. Connections and interactions between members are the responsibility of those members.
